HAPPY 25TH ANNIVERSARY:

Soul-Patrol’s 25th Anniversary – I guess we will celebrate for the rest of the year. We will be doing some special features that allow us to look back at the “good the bad & the ugly.” The first thing we have along those lines is a simple listing that I put together last week of the good folks who have contributed to the success of the site over the years and who are no longer with us. When you look at the list its rather impressive for the number of contributors we have had. At the same time looking at the list makes me shed a tear since it also represents a large number of people who are no longer with us.
Soul-Patrol Spotlight (Live/Prerecorded Video/Audio) – At the age of 25, the website continues to evolve and I continue to learn how to best utilize the technology. Mike and I have been spending a lot of time this year learning the technology and taking some lessons learned. We now have nine of them in the can (posted on the site) and the plan is to begin accelerating our usage. Take a listen and feel free to give me your suggestions.
Moving Forward – This week we have a whole bunch of new featured articles and a few new (yet familiar) sponsors. Just scroll down to check them out. We will of course be doing some live interviews in August. We will also be announcing some new strategic partnerships and more. If you are an artist, publisher, label, venue, promoter, etc and you have a product or service that you would like to promote to Soul-Patrol’s audience, contact me via email or telephone so we can discuss the options. So Stay tuned for the next 25. We aren’t finished yet!
